Thread: What's up with Megaupload?

Good time to be up-loading, about an hour for 700mb:

I downloaded like 6 pc games last night in like an hour (optical line at work )

I hope they don't it fix for awhile :P

I don't think it will, as they did a trade off it looks, it looks as though instead of the same old bull, they do a couple of pop-ups now when you click download, so to circumvent that just use adblock plus or your standard pop-up blocker and you won't even notice.

yup those pop-ups weren't there before...
and even with ad blocker some still gets by
but hey i don't mind since i can download more than i used to

I've noticed that after downloading roughly 4gb I get a page that says "you've downloaded # bytes and must wait 7 minutes".

I can actually read MU's captcha without straining now :O

I downloaded Onimusha 2 today in 12 links and fast too. Hope it stays this way lol.

I got that message too when I was down-loading multiple files. After one was done, (about 30 sec. later), I was able to start another down-load like the hold was never there.
Up-loading is still slow and timing out all the time!

Just tried MU now, faster than before but they fixed the 45 second timer.
