Thread: Can we please stop...

reviving threads that nobody has posted in for months? All the time I see that people are posting and requesting in threads that nobody's touched or posting in since last fall, as if the uploader is gonna make their wishes comes true. @_@

Then, I log in today, and the majority of the currently updated upload threads are on page 3...

While i agree in principle, the site was reset to December(ish) a week ago. Any and all old topics are atleast three months old to begin with. (This is also why most of the currently updated upload thread are on page 3).

People posting and bumping up dead threads that are 6+ months old, i perfectly agree. But something that was asked in December (while it may be moot now), is not something that shouldn't be reposted in. Discretion is always advised, but it's better than a repost of something that could have been answered or elaborated on if they looked three threads down.

Yeah, I know it's been reset and all, but at least half of the dead threads being bumped are really dead threads.

I mean, hopefully those uploaders do come back and all, but as of now they aren't.

I'm tired of the threads that where a year or more old (before the reset) getting bumped.
It's mostly people trying to add to their post count.
If a thread is too dead and it isn't an important one I'm just going to move it to the trash bin.
