2. Polite/Calm/Mature - You will encounter troublesome members. You need to know how to deal with them calmly

4. Keen member of retroiso
5. Good understanding of the rules - you cant enforce them if you dont know them

You must not be:
1. Always bad tempered
2. Have a past record of continuous rule breaking
3. Have only a few posts
