    This is my first real contribution and I am just trying to help some people that like me are probably really frustrated with the current fixes for Resistance 3, I personally ripped my own Resistance 3 retail copy but I have the US version, none of the fixes worked for me, all either gave me corrupted data or black screen, wasted the whole day trying to make it work and downloaded a bunch of stuff, but guess what, It paid off and I finally got it running 100% and without those weird debug messages that a lot of people are also getting.

    Follow my instructions and you will get it working pretty easy:

    UPDATE 8/12: The needed files have been reuploaded and you can find the links on my TXT file (reuploaded that with updated links too), went to different server because putlocker was just giving me headaches.
    I apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused, now go fix your game and play!

    Resistance 3 Fix

    This will work if you have either the US version or the EUR version, but if you have the US version it will now show as EUR version on
    mM or any backup manager you are using, dont worry this is to get it working.

    First and foremost you must delete all Resistance 3 DATA from your PS3, you might have installed some before while attempting to make it work,
    we need to start from scratch so just follow the steps. Make sure you back up your original files (EBOOT and PARAM)

    Download the required files:

    1- EBOOT.BIN and PARAM.SFO

    2- Update 1.02

    3- Update 1.03

    4- Update 1.04

    5- Update 1.05

    6- 1.05 Modded Update (FIX)

    First Replace the EBOOT and PARAM on your PS3_GAME and USRDIR Folders (Backup your originals)
    Second is to install the updates in order (1.02, 1.03, 1.04, 1.05)
    Last install the 1.05 Modded update (FIX)

    If you followed this steps correctly it should run with no problems and istall Data while running some video explaining
    the story.

    I Followed this steps and the PARAM and EBOOT I posted are my own from my ripped original game.

    All the links are in the TXT file I uploaded, make sure u use my eboot and param for this to work, if you follow the instructions it will work.

    I did only install the big update 1.02 and the fixed modded update. the reason why eboot.bin and param.sfo in the GAME folder (not backup folder) do not have to be replaced is: they are not even used. to start the game the eboot.bin and param.sfo in the backup folder (not GAME folder) are used. and those are installed via modded update!

    Backup will work with only the 1.02 update and the modded update, as long as you have the EUR version, but it will also display some weird debug txt on screen. If you install all updates 1.02 to 1.05 and then the modded update it will work as it should without the debug stuff.
    PARAM will need to be replaced if you have the US version and I also posted the original EBOOT just in case someone replaced the original with a modded one without backing up first.

    Just wanted to help anyone that is so frustrated that will need a foolproof guide that simply works.

    i download this version of resistence 3 games in 2011 i have 32 parts of rars and i miss this part (all the release 33 files) anyone can help me and give me a link of this file

    Followed instructions and still won't work. Shows the PS Move screen then error 8001017. My original copy is the US version so what do i have to do to get this to work?
