I second taht, from what I read, you need to split the ISO and replace one piece with another...or so

Game was uploaded here by Haseo13. It says it's already patched and 90% translated to english. I think it's safe to assume that's as good as it gets.

I looked quickly, but it's the only recent info I found (03/2010). It gives links to a new patch, but it's also not complete and it's still a work in progress. If you want to try that patch, the original japanese rip can be easily found with the search option.
