never got why people dont like them "oh star ocean 3 has a plot twist in the middle of it and i dont like it so i wont play it" bs that is actually the most original plot twist i have ever seen! plus it goes more into detail the further you get into it. awsome battle, i like the battle trophy idea but it could have been done better, running out of mp causes your character to die was also a nice twist, a tough boss? no problem just pound out his mp instead of hp. i like the anime art style of it too. people say they hate this game, well i say i hate cod and halo and god of war just because i suck at them so take that haters.

why people hate this one is way beyond me "oh it doesnt have yuri, instead we get a stripper girl who just changes costumes", just because it doesnt have your favorite character doesnt mean it sucks, just means you are to damn thick, this game i was impressed. sure there wasnt alot of new spells from the second one but i liked the fact you had to find them and equip them, shania's fusions are done well too with different spells, yes there is only a few compared to the others, but hell they are all still awsome. story is interesting, love how they changed the judgment ring even more than the other one. if people have a problem with this game, they should just avoid jrpg all together because, yes it is cliche'd but at least its better than sports games.

star ocean 4:
what bad can i say about this? i feel it was more sci-fi than the others but i still liked it, and the PA are hilarious and well done, however there is one problem, the trophies in this game are even worse than the last one as each character has thier own set and you need many playthroughs and hours to get them all if you want to go for a platinum on the game, however i dont really care about that. still, i dont get why people hate this game eather, they are all awsome in their own ways. i played both versions for both consoles, i prefer the ps3 version because of the anime style pictures you can choose.

oh god i cant tell you how many hours and how many times i beat this game! i love it, not just because you have a party of 3 girls, but because its challenging and you have the whole world opend up right away (after the tutorial of course), its many endings and its many collectable items, however the only thing i hate about the game, they removed blitzball and gave us.... sphere break, seriously whose idea was THAT? still a good game though.

Maybe I played the wrong version. Did i download the ps2 version by mistake? Gosh It's hard imagine how anyone could bring out a game that looks like this one does. The dialogue is ludicrous and often unrelated to the action. The character movements seems to date from the c64 or spectrum era of gaming. A shocking game. years ago, games stores would let you try them before you bought them. No-one seems to do that anymore and its no surprise. Would anyone pay £40 for this drivel if they actually tried it first?
