I have a question guys please kindly read my problem?!

Okay, so i have converted a ps2 ISO to the .ENC file and i convert it to .PKG using the ps2-ps3 tools, i did that for Tales of Destiny : Directors Cut << it is about 4Gig size i also had to use ps3splitter i split the 4gig to the .6666 part files thingie and put it to MMan and i succesfully installed the pkg etc. Game is running FINE evtyhnig good except for 1 Big Problem.. when i play around abit after like 10-20 minutes the controller stops reacting to the game... i cant move i cant do anything Except pressing the START button the PAUSE menu appears in the game. and thats the problem... anyone else encountered this problem? is ther a fix..?thanks in advance.
