    GTA Cool n Sexy Style

    One will need :

    -GTA IV BLUS30127 -GTA EFLC BLUS30524 -Spark IV (for img rebuilding) -Open IV (for img file extration)

    - There are two main steps of the vehicle importation. The img reconstruction and the common.rfp reconstruction.

    Back up your common rpf, ps3.rpf, vehilcle.img, and componentped.img of GTA IV first of all.
    -IMG file- Go in your back up EFLC(BLUS30524) into PS3_GAME/USRDIR/DLC1/ps3/models/cdimages/vehicle.img or DLC 2 to find the extra vehicles since the other vehile img will have everything GTA IV has.In DLC1.rpf or DLC2.rpf2(Extract both to separte folders named DLC1 and DLC2) vehicle img 1 or 2(extract both the DLC.rpf's to the DLC folders) will find the vehicle fies ex) gang burrito.ctd gang burrito.ctf. Extract all the vehicle files you want into a folder(along with Vehicle.img from DLC1 and DLC2,Common,and PS3.rpf).

    Now you have the vehicle files you want saved in the folder(all .ctd and .cft files).
    Open up the common.rpf of GTA IVand extract the carcol.dat,cargrp.dat,handling.dat,and vehicle.ide into a GTA iv common folder. Open ELFC DLC1.rpf and the DLC2.rpf w/ Open IV and extract the carcol.dat,cargrp.dat,handling.dat,and vehicle.ide of the common into separte folders. Now every vehicle file must be renamed to a vehicle of GTA IV ex) gang burrito.ctf to burrito.ctf. Only a car/truck/van to a car/truck/van ,bike to bike,and heli to heli(bike to car does not work!).

    Go in the cargrp(with notepad) from EFLC and copy the gang burrito info and paste to the burrito like of the cargrp
    of IV.Repeat this operation in the carcol,handling ,and vehicle.ide. Open up the common of GTA IV w/ Open IV
    and replace all the files(carcol.dat,cargrp.dat,handling.dat,and vehicle.ide) into the common and
    rebuild.Now to rebuild the vehicle img w/ Spark IV-Open the img and pick the burrito and select
    import now select all the files you renamed and import them all at once. Select rebuild and your
    new vehicle image is ready for placement in GTA IV along with your common with the correct corresponding vehicle info.

    Cool n Sexy II later w/ tutorials on Ped/Character changeups!

    im a little confused by this does this mean you can put in modded vehicles and if so how because they are different format they are .wtf and .wtd while the ps3 version is .ctf and .ctd

    WTF & WTD will not work. This Tut is for GTA game to GTA game(Ps3 files only).
    On another note, In the ps3.rpf of GtA IV(Ps3.rpf/models/cdimages/...) one will find a playerped.rpf. In Eflc folders dlc1 or dlc2 you will find two Playerped.rpf(which are in fact the skins of Luis and Johnny)just just replace and rebuild the ps3.rpf. The 4mb playerped.rpf is Lius and the 2mb is Johnny. Peds are just like the vehicle imports(only they are in componentpeds.img). In that img just extract and rename to do awesome ish like stripper po. Also in Ps3.rpf/textures is the loadingscreens.ctd and in_game_loadingscreens.ctd replace with files from dlc.rpf/ps3/textures loadingscreens.ctd and in_game_loadingscreens.ctd for Eflc loading screens. I do all my rpf work w/ Open IV and my img ish w/ Spark IV.

    Also, one can add a ragdoll mod by replacing the main.sco and rebuliding of the script.img w/ spark IV. Here is the modded main.sco tested by my self and silentpavel. Just press L1 to activate the ragdoll

    ok so your saying i can add custom cars it just has to be the same format then? because i want to add custom cars from some gta pc mods if possible

    Trying to solve the whole PC to ps3 imports(epic fails so far). But today I found a modder who has succcessfully converted wtd file to xtd(xbox 360 format) and ctd(ps3 format). This is his work. Modded radar.img BLUS30127/PS3_GAME/USRDIR/ps3/models/cdimages/...)w/blips.ctd,frontend_ps3.ctd,and the hud.ctd(all in PS3.rpf/textures)

    Credits:
    CGI4U (Original Creator of PC Mod)
    Evil Blunt (Porting to PS3 XBOX360)

    Game Radar Shows:
    * Health (green dot) & Armour (blue dot) Locations - accuracy may be off slightly
    * Gun shop locations (region glow Red)
    * SafeHouse locations (region glow White)
    * Parking areas (letter P on a grey diamond)
    * Underpass/Tunnel Arrows (White arrows which point towards the tunnel or underpass)
    * Garage in South Bohan
    * Grass Areas

    Options Map Shows:
    * Major area names (Orange text) & Minor road names (Yellow text)
    * River names (Blue) and Bridge names (dark grey)
    * Emergency Service Locations, Police, Fire & Hospital (faded grey circle icons)
    * the Train Network (black rails)
    * Health (green dot) & Armour (blue dot) Locations - accuracy may be off slightly
    * Gun shop locations (region glow Red)

    thats awesome any idea on how to get cars in though or if its possible because im bored as hell and love putting custom stuff in games and their are some really sick cars for this and the drift mod would be cool with them

    Download the latest Open IV(needs directX). Download the Console Texture Editor.

    Along with Spark IV.(for image rebuilding)
    Download a wtd file open that with CTE(drag it) and extract the files you want. now open a ctd and rename and replace files and rebulid(this is how Evil Blunt did the wtd to ctd,xtd). All files within the wtd and ctd have the extention .dds, just rename the file to the ctd file name. I do not think cars can be done until we can open and extract files from the wtf and ctf files, since the dds files in the ctd contain car interiors, hood ornaments etc(with no car frames!).

    dang u had me excited for a minute yea that sounds great but i want exterior mods to add in some lamborghinis and corvettes and stuff like that if u can figure out how to do it thatd be great and im pretty good with texture editing and 3d model editing so ill make some sick customs if u can get it working
