i have found the other missing line in the handling.dat

hey nativesith sorry,i have fixed all problem with vehicles.img and handling.dat and just remove the modded burrito and add the original i think the problem is just the line in handling.dat for this car all mods working fine,the cheat combos too,no more freeze in the game,i think you know play all complete game with the vehicles.img and no need to replace him for complete the missions.i have added:
-clip size changed to 99 for praticly all weapons
-remove the weapons of police(police don't know shoot you because don't have weapons in hand)
-exotic cars placed in all game
-weapon speed change for some weapons

if you want i share with you my files,or i repack the gta 4 wars returns of da sins with my settings

i have fix the files and repack and upload if you will play this mod whitout freeze or bug

Here is my Fix
Drift cars are faster. Monster is higher and faster, handling dat totally fixed, scrolling.dat fixed(another problem) and added unpoppable tires.

thanks nativesith for unpoppables tires,in my situation is good for drift cars because the tires don't support long time drift with cars,if is here someone know make a good quality video share here please,thanks,and i like the 2 video clip you have added

::Important Notes::

This mod has EFLC weapons but it will corrupt game saves and make some missions unpassable if one uses any script features in campain mode.
Back up your ish and Check it son!
Do not save the game as the stripper or Fatcop, as it will corrupt the save.
Also, do not try to have sex with Niko's GFs as a stripper or your ps3 will freeze.
One must get past the bowling with Michelle then begin Script ISH.
Vlad car mission take the car to pay n spay not the carwash.
Turn off auto saving with this one.

Ep IV has the EFLC Weapons thanks to Evil and JD for the script update, which can be also found here:D. Back up your saves install delete game data and give it a go.

Hey man! How did you do the gravity off? And also do you know how to make cars fly? I am interested in modding this game and i want to learn how to change player to coustum ones ( like spider-man ) Just like we can in pc. Oh and how do you do the activate buttons (i.e. DPAD DOWN+L1+L2 )

Of all your questions, the first is the hardest and most time consuming. JDMAlex and EvilB have done scripts which make all the button combinations work. I am still learning C++, so look out for my first script soon.
Flying cars can be done by modding the vehicle ide(extract from common with openIV).Like this...The vehicle line in the IDE: change car, car, to heli, heil
Player model is in the ps3.rpf/data/modelcdimages/playerped.rpf. One could extract the file with open IV change em up with paint.net or photoshop replace that with Console texture Editor and rebuild the playerped then replace that in the ps3.rpf and rebuild that.
For the combonations replace the script with one of JD's or Evils Delete game data and reinstall, then the buttons will work.
