1) Be on Geohot's 3.55JB CFW.
2) Put the .pkg on a USB.
3) Install it via "Install package file" in the GAME section of the XMB.
4) Use an FTP server or file manager to transfer the contents of USRDIR (minus the EBOOT) to dev_hdd0/FF13GAME/
5) Place the folder white_data from the backup USRDIR inside FF13GAME/USRDIR/
6) That's all.

If you point out which step you're failing at, someone should be able to help.

i got mine working without moving the files inside USRDIR into another folder
first i done what u said then my game freezed on the square enix logo then i moved back the files where the were before and mount the game and launched it from the pkg and baaaam its working without any problem at all the only thing bugging me its the 9999999999 hp its really make the game sucks :p
and one lil thing am in slim ps3 its said that in about system am on 3.55 but it seemed thats i cant install anything its for 3.55 like these pkg i got an error but after downloading 3.41 from here

its installed with no problem is these this normal or i am missing somthing bsc i bought my ps3 from a friend of mine and he jb it and done everthing on it

There are cheat .pkg's here. FF13 is there also. Tested it, it works.

Install the package, then create a folder called FF13GAME on your dev_hdd0. Then the folder USRDIR inside FF13GAME, then place white_data from the backup USRDIR inside the FF13GAME/USRDIR
Final created directory should look like this /dev_hdd0/FF13GAME/USRDIR/white_data/
