You mean the Skyrim Nexus links?
If so, isn't it more convenient to the topic creator for the links to be posted here instead of having him/her search each individual mod on the Nexus site?
Also, technically, Skyrim Nexus is a filehosting website so...it should be okay, right?

Seems to be more like a website with forums etc rather than a simple filehosting. Links to hosting sites should be coded anyway, and the language...
to code your links, click edit, go advanced and do this:

Well...forum aside, how do you code links?

make sure you don't use spaces^ - that was an example to make display the tags.
option 2: when you're replying using the quick reply box, click on "go advanced" and from the toolbar you see there hit the "#" button.
it automatcally generates the code tags, you just have to place your link in between.
tip for the outside links, since they're not allowed, just pm them each other. 
to code your links, click edit, go advanced and do this:

So, should I just remove and send the links by PM if need be, and do they have to be coded if I do?

Yes please, remove those to that site and when pm'ing them you can omit the coding.

after the news of dlc I wanted to give skyrim a second run but after installing this stuff it freezes on home screen where you can load up your game...
