3 Things for you to remember:
1: Usercheats isn't a perfect program, sometimes it's crash and u have to unplug it from eletricity for turn the console off and try again.(And your BD or Dev configuration may have problems too.)
2: It's use the configurations of your multiman.
3: It's use BD and dev option to put the cheats, try to use the BD-Reset homebrew(came with multiman) to reset the configurations to default and see if this solves your problem t.t stop saying it won't work, cause most part of the cheats are "Tested" by players and worked. Sorry if ur console don't have the configuration or wasn't configured... and if u are trying it on DEX, u have to run the homebrew in Release mode, not Software mode --' learn before talking o.O. Software mode makes it always crash, even in 3.55 --'
People changes their CFW to DEX without thinking don't know that CFW 3.55 and 4.30 are the most stables CFW until now, DEX have many errors and only is useful for people that create programs and configure the data inside the PS3, if u aren't someone like this, use CFW and not DEX x.x

And for the users it won't work correctly, we already have the pattern data, people could stop and read the tutorials in CMP fórums to learn how to create their own eboot with cheats too o.O it's very simple x.x And for who are in CFW 4.30, like i said, Heroq9 is remaking all those pkg's for 4.xx and "maybe" octo would remake usercheats for newest CFW after finish powning Cobra Dongle.(he already finished it, Cobra is another false dongle like TB, with a junk configuration and protection system, and he said for stop those ****ing dongles appearing, all his team will make CFW's and get the keys for new games, before they start selling those things again).

And why usercheats won't works with some game regions?
When u turn it to Eboot.elf, the "pattern" normally is the same, but the offset is different. Example: 00002000 00066545 60000000 ---> appoints a change command to offset 00055545, depending on region, the offsets change but the code on that region is the same. That's why region codes won't work, and u have to use the right version of the game too --' stop "and" read before complain about anything!
