Not at this time no, unless something has just came out that I'm not aware of just yet.

The file link for Steam Hearts pcengine cd is the same as the CD_PCE_BABY-JO-IN-GOING-HOME_J.rar file,so u uploaded it twice. Do u still have Steam Hearts bro??

How to play CD games with Mednafen emulator.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1) Place the syscard3.pce bios file into:

"dev_hdd0/game/MDFN90002/USRDIR/mednafen"

2) Copy a CD games .bin and .cue file anywhere on a USB external
or PS3's internal HDD.
3) Start Mednafen emulator, select the .cue file of the game you want to play.
4) Play game!
