I would like to inform the users who are already uploader or want to become uploader.The procedure in past required you to pm one of the Administrator,i have now made easy for you all. You can simply go to your Usercp and click on the Usergroup you would like to join i.e(Uploader level 1,2,3).Go to usercp>Networking>Group Membership.You will need to link to your thread with the amount of content and proof its your (filemanager etc).If you do not get a response in under 1 week than pm one of the Administrator.
