Thread: A new way to stop REDIRECTS - Please read and help us!

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU POST ANYTHING UNDER THIS THREAD OR U MIGHT BE GET BANNED
Currently we've(fairblack and me) been to adtech;
It's a convention about advertisement and advertisement technologies;
So we've met with our advertisment companies!!!
And we've talked about redirects and virus spreading ads!

Facts are:
1-)We need the ads for the server costs since the website gets bigger!
2-)Either we or our ad partners not sending you them...
3-)The 3rd party firms who send those kind of ads are the advertisers that sign up on advertisement networks for spreading that virus ads
4-)Since ads firms are so big it's not really easy for them to track cheating advertisers without feedback so we've to do that!

The Good Thing is;
We've talked with them and come up with a new solution!
Here is the way how to do it...

Few simple steps before you send reports;
1-)You've to report under this thread
2-)No unnecessary comments or you'll be punished by infraction!!! REDIRECT AND VIRUS ADS FEEDBACK-REPORT ONLY!!!
3-)If you send the reports in the format we ask it'll be easier!

How to send reports when you got a popup - virus ad or redirect;
IF YOU GOT REDIRECT STOP the page immediately and go back!
1-)First Send us the screen shot of the redirect or the virus ads!
2-)Write down your area Ex: Nevada, USA
This STEP IS VERY IMPORTANT if you see something wrong while you browsing PS3ISO.com U HAVE TO SEND US REPORT ABOUT EVERY BANNER ON THE EXACT PAGE WHERE YOU GOT THE POPUP VIRUS ETC...

3-)We need you to do the following carefully THE MOST IMPORTANT PART!!!
TO DO THE FOLLOWING YOU NEED TO USE INTERNET EXPLORER!

How to learn if tags are Flash or Normal Banner
PLEASE SEND ME THE SCREEN SHOT OF THE ADS ON THAT PAGE NOT THE POPUPS AND PROBLEMS YOU GET FOR ME TO SEE THE ADS IS THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THEM!

Right click on banner! If it's a flash u'll see the right side, if it's a html banner u'll see left side (right click box)


4-)If it's a flash banner u have to send us the screen shot of the banners!
5-)If it's a html banner do the following thing on the below screenshot!

Scroll over HTML Banner and on the down left corner you'll see a domain. We either need the domain or the screenshot of the domain!

Im sorry if this may come as a bit stupid but how do I take a screen shot of the flash banners? Do I need a program to do that or is it a copy and paste kind of method? currently running firefox but Ill switch back to help you guys out for a bit. That crap is a big pain in the but!!

Press the "Print Scrn" button on your keyboard (assuming you use windows) and open MS paint (or similar), select edit/paste, then crop the image accordingly.

After an annoying ad I got some star countdown. The worst part is that there were 2 on each page. It hurts to hear something annoying 8x over... I don't know if they're on of the bad one's but they are annoying. Also when they are on the page, they autoplay, auto scroll down to the bottom... every second... and it wouldn't let me hit Post Reply, it was like a picture but not a link... Also the mute button doesn't work....
